HOW TO USE THE RESULT

A prompt for a useful conversation.

The six areas each offer three statements worth zero, one or two points. The total becomes a 0–100 planning score, and the two lowest-scoring areas become suggested priorities. Ties use the order of the questions. There is no external benchmark or automatic inspection behind the score.

Bring the result to a source owner or colleague, inspect actual evidence and decide what to do next. A high self-reported score does not prove that the data is correct; a low score is an invitation to clarify the foundations.
